Onboarding, on the same structure
Welcome Weeks, built on the Mentoring structure: the same five journey blocks, the same four tabs, the same antd 5.16.2 setup from layouts/config.tsx. One thing changes and it changes the rest, a session is one week of a fixed path, not a wave of pairs.
So block 4 is no longer a list of milestones a pair works through: it is the six weekly meetings, and each one carries its own matching rule, because week 1 is their manager and week 3 is the same job in another country. The Sessions tab lists those six weeks, and a session detail is one weekly meeting with its own pairs. Insights compares intakes and shows which week loses people.
